A special message of welcome from the Church Council of Andrew Murray Pretoria
“Let it be your business every day, in the secrecy of the inner chamber, to meet the holy God. You will be repaid for the trouble it may cost you. The reward will be sure and rich.” Rev. Andrew Murray testing
Welcome to the Andrew Murray Pretoria web page. It is our desire that this web page will introduce and inform you about our church and activities of our ministries and congregation. Andrew Murray Pretoria forms part of the Dutch Reform Church of South Africa. We serve the English speaking and multinational communities from all over Pretoria. We hope that you can see from our web page that we are a very active, caring, mission-minded family orientated Church with much to offer to all ages. If you are looking for a church to visit, our prayer is that you'll come soon to visit us in person. Click here if you want us to contact you.
For our members our desire is to use this web page to inform you and others of church and congregation activities, information on our ministry activities and opportunities, worship times, prayer meetings, outreach and fellowship. By doing so, we want to keep in touch with all the members of our congregation, to make the Andrew Murray Pretoria experience lively and vibrant. If we can succeed in enriching all the readers’ lives then we have succeeded in serving the Lord by accompanying His flock on their religious journey and by making them a part of a wonderful ministry. |

Kingdom Time, known as Ordinary Time, it is about six months of our church year between Pentecost and Advent, and it is a time when we ask about how we live with and before God in this world. We look at the ways in which we allow ourselves to be led by the Holy Spirit.
It is a time when we look with new eyes at the work of the church in the world, at the ways we work with the Spirit in making God’s Kingdom “up there” come “down here” in real and practical ways. The colour of Kingdom Time is green, symbolising growth, creativity and development. The most well-known symbol for Kingdom Time is the ship with the cross.
